⚠ Custom & Personalized Items Are Final Sale. Because every jersey is made to order with your name and number, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or order mistakes made by the customer.
When We Will Make It Right
We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
- We printed the wrong name, number, or country.
- Your order was lost in transit.
- Your item arrived significantly damaged.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
How to Request Support
- Email support@sportgeeks.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing the issue.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, a replacement will ship within 5–7 business days or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Size Issues
We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before ordering. A ±1” margin of error is normal due to handmade production and does not qualify as a defect. If you are unsure about sizing, order one size up.
